    This short session is perfect for those who are limited on time, are consistent about taking care of their bodies (i.e. stretching, etc).

    30 Minutes is ideal if you want to focus on a single target area like neck, back, legs, arms, face.

    ***Not ideal for a laundry list of focus areas or if it’s been a long time since you had a massage***

  • 60 Minutes

    The 1 hour session is best for therapeutic massage to focus on one or two target areas. It can include stretching, trigger point release, MRF, or reflexology techniques. Depending on the amount of time spent on target areas, it may be limited to focusing on the anterior or posterior sides of the body. It is also adequate for relaxation/Swedish Massage.

  • 90 Minutes

    Best for addressing anterior and posterior areas of the body. The session can include stretching, trigger point release, MFR, acupressure, or reflexology. If you are considering monthly or quarterly massage therapy, this is the best option when combined with self-care at home.
